These terms govern your use of BudgetPulse. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What BudgetPulse is
BudgetPulse is a personal budgeting and expense-tracking tool. It helps you record transactions, categorise spending, set goals, and see insights and forecasts. It is not financial, tax, investment, or legal advice, and its projections are estimates, not guarantees.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information when registering, and keep it current.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service. In particular, don't attempt to breach security, access other users' data, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it for a competing product, or use it for unlawful purposes.
4. Your data
You own the data you put into BudgetPulse. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it so the app can function for you. You can export it any time from Export my data and delete your account from Delete account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and occasional downtime or maintenance can occur.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BudgetPulse is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for financial decisions you make based on the app. Keep your own records where they matter.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected in the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
